[Expiration Date Extension Policy]

1. Expiration date extension can be requested up to 1 day before the expiration date, and only for unused vouchers.
2. The expiration date can be extended in 93-day increments, but only up to 5 years from the original issuance date.
3. To extend the expiration date, you must call the Galaxia Moneytree Customer Center (1566-0123). (Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays)

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date:
   • Used vouchers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
   • Unused vouchers can be cancelled/refunded by the purchaser through the Soda Gift Customer Center at support@sodagift.com.
2. After the expiration date:
   • The recipient must call Galaxia Moneytree Customer Center (1566-0123) to request a refund.
   • 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
3. Refund requests for expired vouchers are only accepted within 5 years from the original issue date.

[유효기간 연장 정책]

1. 유효기간 연장은 미사용 교환권에 한해 유효기간 만료일 1일 전까지 신청 가능합니다.
2. 유효기간은 93일 단위로 연장 가능하지만, 최초 발행일로부터 최대 5년까지만 연장할 수 있습니다.
3. 연장 신청은 반드시 Galaxia Moneytree 고객센터 (1566-0123)로 전화해야 합니다. (공휴일 제외 평일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시)

[취소 및 환불 정책]

1. 최초 만료일 이전:
   • 사용된 교환권은 취소 및 환불 불가
   • 미사용 교환권은 구매자가 소다기프트 고객센터 (support@sodagift.com)를 통해 신청 가능
2. 최초 만료일 이후:
   • 받는 분이 Galaxia Moneytree 고객센터 (1566-0123)에 전화하여 환불 신청해야 하며,
   • 구매금액의 90%가 환불됩니다.
3. 유효기간이 만료된 교환권에 대한 환불 신청은 최초 발행일로부터 5년 이내까지만 가능
