  • Change/Cancellation/No-show policy after using a mobile voucher:
    1. When changing the itinerary, the fee is paid by your chosen method:
      • If the new fare is lower: the difference is refunded via the mobile voucher.
      • If the new fare is higher: the difference is paid using the preferred payment method.
    2. When canceling or no-showing, the refund will be made via the mobile voucher after deducting the fee.
    3. If combined payment was used (voucher + other method), refunds due to itinerary changes will be randomly issued either via the voucher or the other method used.

[Cancellation & Refund]

  1. After the expiration date: Call the inumber Customer Center to apply for a refund. 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
  2. Refund requests are only accepted within 5 years from the original issue date.
