- If misplaced Carrefour cannot block/cancel the voucher

Your partner Gift pesa is the worst. After topping up Carrefour giftpesa you go to the till to pay and then its not working. On calling giftpesa customer service they tell you it "may or may not work"... eventually they tell you it wont work because "maybe" there's maintenance. While at it, they also sound really disinterested in the conversation with long poses in between and alot of background noises. Eventually you pay with mpesa and leave your money in giftpesa. Very poor service.
