Tarjeta Regalo Forever New Card

1. This gift card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Forever New Apparel Private Limited ("Forever New ") and can be redeemed only against purchase of eligible products from retail outlets of Forever New or its website i.e. https://www.forevernew.co.in/.
2. The Gift Card once purchased are non-cancellation and non-refundable
3. This Gift Card holds no value until activated with a minimum amount of Rs. 1,000/- and a maximum of Rs. 10,000/-.
4. This Gift Card cannot be recharged.
5. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
6. The Gift Card can be used till balance or validity.
7. Bearer of the Gift Card will have to present this Gift Card at the time of billing to redeem the value against purchase of products. The value of the Gift Card will deplete with every purchase made by the bearer. Balance available on the Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and can be redeemed only against future purchases.
8. The Gift Card can only be used to make purchases up to the value of the Gift Card. If the bearer wished to make purchases for an amount that exceeds the balance available on the Gift Card, the bearer will have to pay the amount exceeding the balance using another mode of payment.
9. Forever New may, at its sole discretion, pass on the benefits of consumer promotions to the bearer of Gift Card.
10. This Gift Card is not credit or debit or charge card and has no implied warranties.
11. This Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue or the last transaction, whichever is later.
12. All refunds/exchanges of products purchased with the Gift Card will be made in accordance with refund policy of Forever New and reimbursed funds will not be reloaded on the Gift Card, unless otherwise determined by Forever New in its sole discretion,
13. Any unused balance on the Gift Card after expiry of the above validity period will not be refunded in cash or credit for redemption.
14. The bearer of the Gift Card will be considered the bonafide recipient of the benefits of redemption.
15. Lost or stolen or damaged Gift Card will not be replaced or the balance, if any, will not be refunded.
16. Forever New may, use the information provided by the purchaser of the Gift Card for communicating new promotions, launch of products or similar other purposes.
17. Forever New reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or the scheme pursuant to which this Gift Card has been issued, for any reason at any time without notice. Under such circumstances, Forever New may, at its sole discretion, either refund the balance value of the Gift Card to the bearer or replace the Gift Card of equivalent value.
18. Laws prevailing in India shall be applicable and courts in Delhi India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. This Gift Card is the property of Forever New and Forever New reserves the right to modify/alter/amend the terms and conditions without prior intimation.
20. Any person or bearer using this Gift Card shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions.
21. Forever New reserves the right to amend the list of the participating stores at its sole discretion.
22. The terms and conditions governing the Gift Card shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the other terms and conditions of the Forever New.
23. Forever New reserves the right to cancel an order placed by using Gift Card in case of any fraudulent activity done or any violation of the terms and conditions.
