Carrefour Transmart E-Voucher Conditions:

1. Electronic Carrefour vouchers are only used for product purchases at all Carrefour and Transmart outlets throughout Indonesia.
2. Electronic Carrefour vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash in any form and also cannot be returned in cash if the price of the goods is less than the stated rupiah value.
3. After the voucher validity period ends, the voucher is no longer valid and cannot be extended or renewed.
4. PT Trans Retail Indonesia is not responsible for the loss or theft of electronic vouchers and is not obligated to replace the lost or stolen electronic vouchers.
5. PT Trans Retail Indonesia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and the changes will be made available at the information center at Carrefour and Transmart outlets.
6. The management of PT Trans Retail Indonesia has the right to take final and binding decisions on all disputes arising from the use of this electronic voucher.
7. The validity period of electronic Carrefour Vouchers with fractions of 25 K, 50K, 100K, and 200K is up to 12 months
