2. Present the eGift Card barcode to the cashier at checkout, or scan it at the self-checkout terminal.

  3. To use the eGift card on our website, please enter the 16-digit gift card code and 4-digit PIN code during checkout.
  4. Payments can be made once or more until the eGift card value has been completely used, or until the eGift card reaches the end of its validity period.
  5. If the value of the purchase exceeds the available balance on the eGift card, you can make up the difference with another form of payment valid at Decathlon Indonesia.
  6. eGift cards can be used multiple times for a single purchase.
  7. eGift cards will expire 1 year after the issue date.
  8. Decathlon reserves the right to exchange or refund the value of the eGift card. Including the case of lost, stolen, damaged, or expired before use.
  9. eGift cards cannot generate full tax invoices until they are used to purchase goods at Decathlon stores & online.
  10. The eGift card balance and validity date can be checked at our stores.
  11. If Decathlon detects any fraudulent eGift card usage or if it does not comply with the Decathlon policy, Decathlon is entitled to cancel transactions, withdraw discounts, or cashback.
  12. Decathlon has the full authority to adjust the eGift card terms and conditions for usage in accordance with the Decathlon policy.
