In-store redemption

  1. Visit any participating dm store in Croatia.
  2. Choose your items.
  3. At checkout, present your eGift Card (printed or on your mobile device).
  4. The cashier will scan or enter the gift card details and deduct the value from your purchase.

Online redemption

  1. Go to https://www.dm.hr and add your items to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. In the final checkout step ("Dovršetak narudžbe"), select "Add Gift Card".
  4. Enter:
    • The 8-digit or 24-digit gift card number, and
    • The 4-digit PIN/security code (located under the scratch-off panel or provided with the eGift Card).
  5. The gift card balance will automatically be applied to your order.

  • Valid only at dm stores in Croatia, the dm.hr online shop, and the Moj dm app.
  • The gift card can be used to purchase any eligible products sold by dm.
  • The card can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero.
  • You can reload the gift card with additional funds. There is no limit to the number of reloads.
  • The balance is valid for 1 year from the date each amount is loaded. Any unused balance expires after that period.
  • The balance cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • No interest is paid on the stored balance.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, and dm is not responsible for any remaining balance.
  • dm may refuse to accept a gift card if it is expired, counterfeit, or too damaged to verify.
