  2. All lesson(s) should be completed within the stated period and shall start counting from the date you redeem the e-voucher. Lesson(s) cannot be extended. (1 lesson is required to be completed in 30 days; 4 lessons are required to be completed in 90 days; 18 lessons are required to be completed in 270 days.)
  3. The e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
  4. Mr. English Group is not responsible if the e-voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, and Mr. English Group won't be able to provide any placement in these circumstances.
  5. Mr. English Group reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
  6. Mr. English Group retains the right to reject any e-voucher tampered with or found unacceptable.
