  • Visit any TGJones store.
  • Choose your items.
  • At checkout, present your eGift Card barcode (printed or on your phone).
  • The cashier scans the barcode.
  • The balance is deducted from your total.
  • If your purchase exceeds the card balance, pay the difference with another payment method.

Online

  • Go to the official TGJones website.
  • Add items to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Enter the eGift Card code in the gift card/promo code field.
  • Apply the code before completing payment.
  • If the order total is higher than the card balance, pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

1. Once activated this Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for goods in UK TG Jones Stores and on tgjonesonline.co.uk.

2. Gift Cards are non-refundable and no change will be given, but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases. Where goods purchased with the Gift Card are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned for refund, monies owing will be added to the balance on the Gift Card.

3. Your new balance will (if used in store) be shown on your receipt every time you make a purchase or can be checked at any till in store or (if used online) can be checked online at: tgjonesonline.co.uk/help/gift-cards

4. The minimum amount required to activate or top-up this Gift Card is £5, the maximum amount is £250 in one transaction, and the maximum limit is £1000.

5. Please treat this Gift Card as if it were cash, as the balance cannot be returned to you if it is lost or stolen.

6. This Gift card is not redeemable for cash, neither is it a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.

7. This Gift Card will expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use and the balance will be deducted. Cards with a zero balance will expire after 65 days.

8. TG Jones Promotions Limited. Reserves the right to amend or waive these terms and conditions or terminate this scheme on reasonable notice. Such amendments will be notified in advance via in-store displays.
