Ticketmaster Gift Card

Your card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Other conditions may apply to organizer-branded gift cards.
The gift card cannot be returned or refunded except in cases where you have the right to return the card, e.g. if the card is defective or in accordance with the right of withdrawal as described in § 6. You can not cancel your purchase. Any refund can only be made to the person who originally purchased the gift card.
After your gift card has expired (validity period), you can for a period of up to 1 year request that any value of the gift card be redeemed at the nominal value. The value is paid regardless of whether the gift card has been used within the validity period in connection with a purchase of tickets or not.
You can not exchange your gift card for another currency or for another type of gift card, nor can an unused residual value from two or more gift cards be consolidated on a new Ticketmaster Denmark gift card.
Once you have used the amount deposited on your gift card after the purchase, no additional money can be deposited on the same card.
A defective or damaged gift card will not be reissued unless the card has been found to be defective or damaged as a result of the production process or in some other way due to an error from Ticketmaster Denmark, its points of sale or other suppliers.
