2. Customers are issued a VAT invoice corresponding to the voucher value.
3. You can use more than one eGift on the same invoice.
4. eGift is applicable with other promotions and not for electricity, water, installment financial services.
5. eGift is  only applicable directly at CH, not online.
6. eGift is valid for one-time use only. No expired eGift, status "Used".
7. Please present the eGift code to the staff at the counter before making the payment to apply eGift.
8. eGift will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Customers may be asked to pay extra if they use eGift's value.
9. Customers are responsible for keeping eGift confidential after ordering. We will not be responsible for reimbursing lost or "Used" eGift after the eGift is exported for any reason.
