I have tried to redeem this voucher and was in contact with Shoppee support and Bitrefill for many hours but eventually was told that Shoppee is not able to redeem the voucher. The voucher is irrevocably tied to my account and my ability to use any voucher has been blocked. Still able to order with cash though.
