How to Redeem/Use Your KFC Electronic Card (Card Password)

Method 1: Using the KFC App

  1. Open the KFC app and log in.
  2. Navigate to [My] > [Gift Card] > [Physical Card Binding].
  3. Enter your [Card Number and Password/Payment Code].
  4. Click on [Bind to Account] to transfer the balance to your electronic card account.

Method 2: Using WeChat

  1. Search for KFC's official WeChat account and click [Follow].
  2. Go to [WOW Member] > [Member Code] > [Balance].
  3. Click on [Bind New Card].
  4. Enter your [Card Number and Card Secret].
  5. Confirm the details to complete the binding process.
