  1. This is a Zomato Gift card issued by their banking partner and would be accepted on the account section on the Zomato App
  2. This Zomato Gift card is issued by their banking partner to add money to the Zomato wallet powered by their banking partner
  3. The person who has the Zomato Gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
  4. The Zomato Gift card can be combined with promotional codes and with other payment options.
  5. The Zomato Gift card cannot be used to purchase others.
  6. The Zomato Gift card cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.
  7. Users may request the revalidation of the expired Zomato Gift card. Upon receipt of such a request, the Gift PPI may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  8. Use of money in Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner will be subject to terms and conditions available at- gyftr.it/Zomato
  9. Once the amount is loaded to Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner, the amount cannot be expired. The balance in the Zomato Account shall be deducted when the User makes purchases on the Zomato Platform.
  10. The amount in Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner can only be used on food orders and dining on the Platform.
  11. The amount cannot be taken out/transferred from Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner.
  12. Once the Zomato Gift card is received, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or requested for a refund
  13. Users may request the revalidation of the expired Zomato Gift card. Upon receipt of such a request, the Gift Voucher may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  14. The Zomato Gift card can be used on multiple transactions. The amount covers taxes, packing charges, and delivery fee.
  15. For users having the Zomato Gift card powered by their banking partner account already activated the amount will be uploaded in the wallet once these Zomato Voucher Codes are redeemed by the end user in the Zomato app.
  16. Users not having the Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner account need to log in to the Zomato app and create a Zomato account to use these Zomato Voucher Codes.
  17. Users will need to perform a one-time verification before utilizing the Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner by filling out the KYC (Know Your Customer details), if not already done.
