Please read info below for instructions on how to redeem your eGift card. Redeem (use) online only at: https://tripgift.com

  1. Register for an Account then click on Book Trip | Redeem.
  2. Search, Book or purchase based on your product needs.
  3. Once you have selected your chosen options, enter the details of the person or all persons involved in the booking or product transaction.
  4. Proceed to the check-out page and copy and paste your eGift card code into the Redeem eGift card code box and click submit, proceed to agree to the T&Cs and click Order now to complete your booking & transaction, you will shortly receive a confirmation via email.
  5. Gift Cards may only be redeemed by residents domiciled in the country associated with the currency in which the Gift Card was issued. For example, a USD eGift Card may only be redeemed by residents domiciled in the United States.
  6. A maximum of 2 eGift card codes are permitted per transaction, if your basket value exceeds the value of the eGift cards you may pay the difference by using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. For compliance and processing, bookings with a check-in or departure within 3 days cannot be supported.
  7. Gift cards have a 12-month expiration, except for North American residents. Ireland and Romania: 60 months. Australia, New Zealand, Germany and South Africa: 36 months. Expiration times may vary based on local State and Country laws and required residual refund value for each State & Country, for full terms and conditions including currency and country of residence redemption requirements, please visit our website.
  8. All website content, customer service, tickets and eVouchers will be in English language. Gift cards & eVouchers cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash or sold to any third parties.

1) Gift cards must be used as a form of payment towards a new reservation made directly with the TripGift website. 2) Gift cards is valid only in CAD for all products that we have available.3) Gift cards can only be applied to a NEW individual reservation made in CAD.4) Gift cards may be applied to a group reservation where available.5) Gift cards may not be used towards property credit or to settle any additional unspecified hotel, cruise, airline or car rental charges or deposits.6) Full payment is required at the time of booking.7) Gift cards may be used in multiples of two (2) for each transaction any outstanding balance can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover card or Diners Club.8) All reservations are subject to availability.9) Once a reservation has been made with a Gift card, normal cancellation policy and cancellation payments shall apply, subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.10) Changes to reservations may not be permitted.11) All Gift cards are nonrefundable and not replaceable whether lost, stolen or if booking is cancelled.12) Gift cards shall be void where prohibited, if used for fraudulent or illegal purposes or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration.13) Each Gift card has no expiry date, subject to any applicable Country and local State law and any required residual refund value in certain Counties and States.You may redeem this Gift Card online directly with the TripGift websites. This card is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
