  • What is Winpin?
    • It is a 16 digit voucher starting with '7' and is used to book tickets at a discounted rate.
  • Can I carry forward the remaining balance on my Winpin voucher?
    • Winpin is a one-time use voucher that cannot be carried forward. The entire value of the voucher needs to be redeemed in one go.
  • Is it possible to increase the validity of the Winpin?
    • Unfortunately, there is no provision to extend the validity of a Winpin. You'll need to contact the source for such requests since they may be able to help you.
  • How do I check the validity of the Winpin?
    • Ideally, the validity of the Winpin voucher would be mentioned in the communication(Email/SMS) containing it. If the same is not mentioned, you may check it with the Winpin issuing source.
  • Can I use multiple Winpins in a Transaction?
    • Unfortunately, only one Winpin can be used in a single transaction.
  • Voucher will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. 
  • Gift vouchers validity can not be extended once expired.
  • Voucher can be redeemed on purchase of tickets for only Movies on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App for all day all shows and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office

  • Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost . Convenience fees or any additional amount transaction to be borne by the voucher user if any.
  • Ticket has to be booked minimum 48 hours in advance
  • Winpin can be redeemed only once during the validity period.
  • This Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other voucher/ongoing offer.
  • Vouchers work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.
  • If lost/misused, the Winpin Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
