Each eGift Card has a unique code that corresponds to an amount.
To use the eGift Card at the spa, the code must be given by the recipient to the reception staff for validation.
The recipient must wait for the staff to finish the validation process. The staff will receive a validation response indicating the eGift Card amount and validity. He/she will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.
The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift Card code.
In the event that the spa's eGift Card validation system is offline or unavailable, the staff may politely decline to accept the eGift Card. The recipient may still use the eGift Card when the system is back online.
The eGift Card may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
The eGift Card is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift Card is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift Card amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
Multiple eGift Card codes may be used per transaction.
Reservation is required for any spa treatment, and if client wishes to use our spa facilities like steam, sauna, jacuzzi, he/she must be at the spa before the time of reservation.

Reservation for groups is required (5 or less guests - 2-hour notice; 6-10 guests - 3-hour notice; more than 10 guests - 1 day notice)
For guests arriving late, expect treatment to be delayed. Last treatment time is at 11:00PM.
Guests are encouraged to keep valuables (e.g. jewelry, cash) to a minimum when going for treatments at the spa.
Gift vouchers validity can not be extended once expired.
