2. For in-store redemption at The SM Store: Present your E-gift card at the Bills Payment Counter for validation. The cashier/officer will exchange it to SM Gift Pass that can be used at The SM Store.
3. For delivery through the SM Call to Deliver #14376: Call #14376 and inform the Personal Shopper that you will be using an E-gift card. A Personal Shopper will reach out to verify and confirm the orders. Exclusive at The SM Store only.
