Top up your Pay As You Go account with Rogers Voucher PIN.

This is not the Rogers Gift Card! it is only valid for prepaid phone refills

Once you activate your voucher, its value expires either within the number of days noted on the voucher or on the expiry date of the balance already in your Pay As You Go account -

For example, if you purchased a $100 voucher and have 120 days remaining, that additional $10 voucher won’t expire for 120 days. Or, if you have $20 in your account with one day remaining and you add a $10 voucher, your entire account balance won’t expire for 30 days, because $10 vouchers last for 30 days.

Keep your unused balance by topping up your Pay As You Go account. If you don't top up your account before your balance expires, any remaining balance will be lost and you will no longer be able to use your phone except for emergency 9-1-1 calls. However, you can restore your expired balance if you top up your account within 7 days of the expiry date.

Through a self-serve toll-free number: Call 1 800 575-9090 from any phone or dial *6-1-1 from your phone.

TIPS:

To bypass the automated response and go directly to the balance top-up option, dial *8-6-8.
Make sure that you have your 4-digit passcode and 14-digit voucher number ready when you call.

On your phone:

Dial *1-1-4*, then your 14-digit voucher number, then your 4-digit passcode. Type all of these numbers with no spaces between them, as if you were making a regular phone call.
