• Only valid Gift Codes at the sole discretion of Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / Only shall be accepted for redemption.
• Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Gift Code and the gift code getting redeemed on that account.
• Any dispute should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
• The Gift Code has been issued subject to terms of the company.
• This voucher can be redeemed for the face value as mentioned on the voucher.
• Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / Only Store Staff may ask for a valid govt. identity proof at the time of redeeming the Gift Code.
• Vouchers will be accepted across all outlets mentioned, but Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / Only at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
• Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / Only make full efforts to accept voucher, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept a Gift Code.
• If a Gift Code gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
• Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Gift Code has been received, decision of the company shall be final Please Contact Shop manager for any acceptance issue and if issue is still not resolved.
• Payment through e-gift card is not valid during sales and promotions at local stores.
• Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
• Gift vouchers validity can not be extended once expired.
