1. The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
2. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
3. The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
4. This Gift Card is valid only at MX Player OTT Platform for purchase of subscription plan
5. This card cannot be redeemed at any offline retail outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores
6. The validity of the E-Gift Card will be for Ninety Days (90 Days only) from the date of activation (purchase) of the card
7. Only One gift card can be redeemed against single invoice
8. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
9. Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to MX Player customer support - support@mxplayer.in and the decision of the company shall be final
10. All disputes must be referred to Indian Jurisdiction only
 
Steps to redeem:
Customer visits the MX Player OTT platform
Selects Subscription Plan
Reaches the payment page
Selects gift card as a mode for payment
Submits gift card details
Clicks ‘Redeem Now’ button
On successful redemption, system displays confirmation on receipt of payment
And chosen subscription plan gets activated for the customer
