The coupon can only be redeemed for the full amount. In the event that the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the holder of the gift voucher must pay the difference. The total value of the items must be € 1 higher than the value of the gift certificate. With a gift certificate, you can pay the full amount of the items, but not the shipping costs.

Use of gift certificate:

1. Choose the goods you want to buy and put them in the cart. Continue and complete the order.
2. Select a delivery method, specify a delivery address, and select a payment method.
3. Enter the gift voucher code in the Gift certificate or discount code field and confirm by clicking the Apply button. To redeem multiple vouchers, separate the individual codes with a space or a comma.
4. When you enter the codes, the value of the gift vouchers is automatically deducted from the price of your order. Any remaining amount will need to be settled.
5. Then you just place an online order.

Within one online order, we allow you to use several gift certificates and promotional codes at the same time, while only one discount code can be entered. All of the above can be easily entered when placing an online order by separating the individual codes with a space or a comma.

If the order or part of the order is canceled and therefore the gift vouchers are not redeemed, we will replace the vouchers with new gift vouchers. We will refund the money paid to your current account or credit card if you made a purchase with it. All you have to do is let us know the redeemed gift voucher codes and your transaction account number.
