The conservation of the gift card or gift card voucher is the responsibility of the bearer. LAFAM SAS is not liable for the theft, loss, deterioration or adulteration of the voucher or its security conditions that prevent its reading or validation in the information systems of LAFAM SAS, for which the order to block or replace the voucher by no cause. La tarjeta regalo o bono giftcard de LAFAM SAS es un documento al portador representativo del valor nominal expresado en la tarjeta en pesos colombianos. No es un título valor, es un soporte del pago anticipado de una suma de dinero a título de precio o parte del precio para la compra de productos o servicios de LAFAM S.A.S redimible totalmente, hasta su valor nominal, en cualquier Tienda LAFAM en Colombia, mediante exhibición del bono. En ningún caso será negociable ni se podrá redimir el valor del bono por dinero en efectivo. El bono no es recargable. Si los productos a adquirir son de mayor valor que el expresado en el bono, se podrá cubrir el excedente con cualquier medio de pago. Si el valor total no es utilizado entro de su vigencia, se entenderá que el portador o beneficiario ha renunciado a su derecho a usarlo, en favor de LAFAM S.A.S por lo que se perderá el saldo y en ningún caso habrá lugar a la devolución de su dinero. La conservación de la tarjeta regalo o bono giftcard es responsabilidad del portador. LAFAM SAS no responde por el robo, perdida, deterioro o adulteración del bono o de sus condiciones de seguridad que impidan su lectura o validación en los sistemas de información de LAFAM SAS, por lo cual no procede la orden de bloqueo o sustitución del bono por ninguna causa. Verificar en tienda si aplica con otras promociones o descuentos. Válido todos los días. La pérdida de este bono no tendrá reemplazo.
