The Karstadt department store gift card can not be used in the branches of Karstadt Sports GmbH and Karstadt Premium GmbH, in the restaurants of LeBuffet Restaurant & Café Gesellschaft mbH and in Karstadt Lebensmittel. The redemption may be made in one sum or in installments. Also a cash payment of the card amount is generally not possible.
