These InStitchu Gift Card Terms and Conditions (these “Gift Card Terms”) apply to the use of an InStitchu Gift Card, whether purchased in physical or digital form (a “Gift Card”). Purchase, Redemption and Use An InStitchu gift card will expire 3 years from the date of issue. This gift card can only be used in one transaction. Gift card unique code to be only used once. To access any unused value remaining on this gift card, please contact InStitchu Customer Service so you can receive store credit. Any store credit issued has the same expiry date as the original gift card. Any balance that remains on the gift card after expiry will not be available for use, except as required by law. Gift cards cannot be exchanged. Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied towards the purchase of Gift Cards. Gift cards are to be used for the purchase of goods only at InStitchu Showrooms or online at www.InStitchu.com. Gift Cards may not be applied to previous purchases. Non-Refundable;Non-Transferable;Not for Resale Gift Cards are non-refundable, may not be transferred once redeemed, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards Treat this gift card like cash. Lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Neither InStitchu nor the Issuer shall have liability to you for any Gift Card that is lost, damaged, or stolen, or used without your permission. Privacy Policy Personal information provided in connection with the purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card will be governed by the InStitchu Privacy Policy. Not for Promotional Use Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities without InStitchu’s written consent. Use of InStitchu's name, logo, trade dress or trademarks (or those of any of its affiliates) in connection with the purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card, or use of a Gift Card in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, InStitchu or any of its affiliates, is strictly prohibited.
