Gift Card Hyatt Hotels

This Hyatt Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (“Pine Labs”) under the brand name of Qwikcilver. This Gift Card may be applied to eligible purchases at participating Hyatt hotels in India (for a list of participating hotels please refer [ https://www.qwikcilver.com/terms-and-conditions/hyatt-hotels]. Gift Card may not be used outside of India. Eligible purchases do not include casino purchases, advanced purchases, deposits, friends and family rates, payments for meetings, catering or group functions, negotiated rates (including volume, group, contracted, or other rates that have been previously negotiated and agreed in writing whether paid on a group or individual basis), and goods/services purchased through or provided by third parties, such as online or off-line travel agents. All other purchases made at participating Hyatt hotels in India are eligible. Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of terms. Certain purchases (e.g., hotel stays) may have a minimum age requirement. Subject to these terms, the Gift Card can be redeemed at hotel-operated restaurants, spa, salon or other services provided directly by participating hotel.
Hyatt Gift card needs to be registered before use. To register and activate your Hyatt Gift Card, please send a SMS from your mobile phone as follows: SMS ACT CardNumber CardPin FirstName LastName to 90042 13131. The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto, shall constitute registration of the User. Hyatt / Pine Labs shall honor and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.
Each Gift Card shall be single use and only one transaction can be performed on Gift Card, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Partial redemption of a Gift Card shall not be possible.
The Gift Card balance is only valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance/activation. Gift Card may not be reloaded.
Gift Card carries no value until activated. This Gift Card shall be deemed active upon loading of a minimum amount of Rs. 1000. The maximum denomination per card is limited to Rs 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand).
No fees or charges apply to purchase or redemption of Gift Cards. Valid Gift Card in its original form has to be presented at the time of availment. Gift Card is issued in Indian Rupees.
Gift Card is not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred for value, except to the extent required by law.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be cancelled or replaced without card number and proof of purchase.
Gift Cards transferred fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms, are subject to cancellation.
The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
Gift Card and these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore. Hyatt and related marks are trademarks of Hyatt International Corporation or its affiliates.
Hyatt reserves the right to institute additional security and verification procedures at the time of card redemption for fraud prevention. Hyatt and/or Pine Labs reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
