Step 1: Place a product in your shopping cart. Please note: unfortunately the gift card cannot be used for products offered by external sales partners that fonQ works with. When a product page reads 'Sell by [brand] ' directly below the sales price , it means that this product is being offered by an external sales partner. Do you want to be sure that you are shopping for a product on which your gift card is valid? Then use the filter 'Order with gift card', which excludes products from sales partners.
Step 2: Click in the shopping cart on 'Gift card or discount code'
Step 3: Enter your gift card code and click on 'Activate'. If the gift card has a pin code, a screen will appear to enter the pin code. Enter the pin code under the scratch layer of the gift card and click on 'Activate'. The gift card has now been added to your order. Only when you have completed the order will the balance be debited.
Step 4: Enter your details and choose your preferred delivery method.
Step 5: Continue to the payment method. Choose a payment method here for any remaining amount of the order. If you have clicked on 'Pay', the amount of your gift card will be redeemed. If this is not sufficient to complete your order, you can now pay the remaining amount by clicking on a payment method. If you still have a gift card, you can redeem it by choosing the 'Gift card' payment method again.
Step 6: Keep your gift card, even if there is no balance on it. When you return something, the balance will be credited to this gift card.
