1. Digital vouchers can be redeemed online at www.exclusivebooks.co.za or in-store at any Exclusive Books store.
2. Digital vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay any customer accounts.
3. If exchanged for goods less than the value of the digital voucher, change will be issued in the form of another digital voucher.
4. Digital vouchers can only be redeemed once.
5. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
6. No refunds will be given on digital vouchers purchased.
7. Purchases of digital vouchers do not accrue Fanatics points, as the transaction is an exchange of tender, not the purchase of a product.
8. Kindly note that this voucher takes 12-14 business days to be processed from the supplier's end.
