• Multiple  e-gift voucher can be used against single billing. Partial Redemption will be allowed.( this clause is as per discretion of ESBEDA)
• The  e-gift voucher shall be valid only for 6 (six) months from the date of their issuance. Revalidation of the EGV is not possible.
• If this e-Gift Voucher is lost or stolen (used by someone else), it will not be issued again.
• Any Unused Balance on the  e-gift voucher Cannot Be Encashed Or Refunded. 
• Accentiv shall not be responsible for loss / misplace / theft of the  e-gift voucher from the  e-gift voucher holder, in any manner whatsoever.
• Validity cannot be extended once expired.
