The DUKA Gift Card is available in all DUKA stationary stores and at www.duka.com. The DUKA E-Gift Card is a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash. At the time of payment, the e-card balance will be reduced by the amount of purchased goods. If the funds on the card are not sufficient, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference. In order to redeem the gift e-card in the stationary store, a full 12-digit e-card code must be given to the store employee. To redeem a gift e-card in the online store www.duka.com, select "Gift Card" in the place "Select Payment" in the area "Basket" and then enter the e-card number and PIN number. In the case of returns of full-value products purchased using the e-card, the Customer receives another Gift Card corresponding to the value of the returned products.
