The Douglas Gift Card can be redeemed after topping up with an amount of money in any Douglas store and in the Douglas Online Shop. Douglas Gift Cards purchased abroad cannot be redeemed in the Netherlands.

When using the Douglas Gift Card as a means of payment, the credit on the Gift Card applies at the time of redemption. The credit on the Douglas Gift Card is valid indefinitely and can be spent in one go or in parts. If the credit is not sufficient, the remaining amount can be paid for certain items by means of a different payment method. A maximum of 10 Gift Cards can be redeemed per online order. The value of the Gift Card is automatically deducted from the order value. Any remaining amount can be paid via iDeal, Bancontact or by credit card. It is not possible to order a Douglas Gift Card in the Douglas Online Shop and pay for it with a Douglas Gift Card.

Have you received a Douglas Giftcard as a gift and you want to redeem your credit immediately with your online order? You can place the desired product in the shopping cart while shopping. At the bottom of the page of the shopping cart are the words "redeem gift card" and then you can click on the button "redeem now". A new page will open where you can enter your Giftcard number and your PIN code. Of course your data will be sent via a secure connection (the data is encrypted). The credit of your Gift Card will then be deducted from your invoice amount. Your Gift Card is placed in the shopping cart. You can remove your Gift Card from the shopping cart at any time as long as you have not sent your order definitively.
