To redeem the code online:
1. Open this link https://www.aeo.in/myaccount/wallet from the browser.
2. If you are an existing customer then you should log in with your e-mail ID / mobile number whereas if you are a new customer you have to create an account.
3. Once you log in, you should click on the button which is on the right-hand side “ADD GIFT CARD”.
4. Once you click of “ADD GIFT CARD” button a pop-up will appear where you should enter the 16-digit e-gift card number and 6-digit PIN and click on the “ADD TO ACCOUNT” button.
5. Once the card is validated, the amount will be added to American Eagle Credits which indicates the electronic gift card redemption is successful.
6. Finally, you can use these credits on the checkout summary page in the “APPLY COUPONS & PROMOTIONS” section.
To redeem the gift card in-store:
1. Visit an American Eagle Store, you can find a list of stores here: https://www.aeo.in/content/store-locators
2. Complete shopping and proceed to billing.
3. Present the electronic gift card code (card no and Pin) to Cashier.
