You'll be asked to log in or create a free LoungePair account, and to verify your email address. This keeps your credit secure and tied to your account.
2. Your credit is added to your wallet
Once verified, the value of your gift card is added to your LoungePair Wallet, ready to redeem towards any lounge pass purchase. There's no need to spend it all at once — your balance stays in your LoungePair Wallet until you're ready to use it.
3. Find your lounge and buy your pass
Search by airport or lounge on the LoungePair home page. Check which terminal your flight departs from, then compare the available lounges in that terminal and pick the one that suits you. On the lounge page, select the number of passes you want and proceed to checkout. Your LoungePair Wallet balance will be automatically applied to the purchase — if a pass costs more than your remaining balance, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, the rest stays in your Wallet for next time.
4. Get your QR code and enjoy your lounge
After checkout, you'll receive your lounge pass immediately. Add the passenger's name to generate a QR code and pass number, which you present at the lounge reception to be scanned in. Once in the lounge, you can relax, eat, work or unwind before your flight. Once redeemed, lounge passes are valid for up to six months and you can change the name of the traveler on the pass any time up until entry.
