* Gift cards may be redeemed on SHEIN to purchase products and services. Gift cards purchased after March 3rd, 2021 can no longer be redeemed outside of the country it was purchased from. For example, if you purchased a gift card on SHEIN’s US site, it can only be redeemed on SHEIN US site’s PC page, mobile page, Android system, or iOS system.
* View Balance You may check your gift card balance in your account.
* The balance in your gift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services.
* The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.
* Validity Period and Refund
* The validity period for gift cards is 120 months after purchase. Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed.
* Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned.
* If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.
* SHEIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards.
* SHEIN does not offer cancellations or refunds on gift cards
