Moss Gift Card

By purchasing a Moss Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The minimum amount required to activate or top-up a Gift Card is £1. The maximum amount you can top-up is £1,000.
• Gift Cards can be used to purchase any item in any Moss store or online in the UK.
• Gift Cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or sold to third parties in exchange for cash.
• No change will be given when using the Gift Card, although any remaining balance may be applied towards future purchases.
• Gift Cards may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the balance of the Gift Card upon full payment of the difference.
• We reserve the right to amend these Gift Card terms and conditions or discontinue the Gift Card at any time.
• Please protect your Gift Card and treat it as cash. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards or any credit amount held on Gift Cards.
• Valid Gift Cards can be topped up at any Moss store in the United Kingdom.
• Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date the card was last used and for 30 days after the balance reaches £0. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
