  • Lush eGift Card must be presented when being used for payment in-store.
  • Any reasonable number of Lush eGift Cards may be used to pay for purchases.
  • The balance of a Lush eGift Card will not be refunded.
  • Lush eGift Cards will expire 12 months after purchase or after their last credit.
  • If you think your Lush eGift Card may have expired, please contact customer service.
  • Returned purchases to a Lush store, paid for in full or in part with a Lush eGift Card will have the amount originally paid to Lush refunded to a new physical Lush eGift card.
  • Lush has no liability for, and will not replace any, lost, stolen Lush eGift Cards.
  • Lush eGift Cards should be treated as cash.
  • Lush eGift Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.
  • You may not use a Lush eGift Card to purchase other Lush Gift Cards or eGift Cards.
  • Lush eGift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash or credit and they will be void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lush reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to any bearer of a Lush eGift Card.
  • Lush’s liability to the bearer of a Lush eGift Card in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall under no circumstances exceed the balance of the Lush eGift Card as at the date the liability arose.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics for death or personal injury arising out of its negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
  • If any provision, or part of a provision, of these terms and conditions is found by any court or other relevant authority to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will not form part of these terms and conditions but the legality, validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
